The Italian Trade Agency (ITA), pursuing the guidelines of the EU Regulation 2016/679 concerning the protection of individuals with regards to the treatment of their personal data, and the free circulation of such data, offers to its users to interact with its website at www.extraitajewelry.com

With the objective to guarantee that the treatment of data is managed pursuing the EU Regulation’s guidelines, the ITA , as Data Controller, releases this information policy to its users, as per article 13 of the EU Regulation, highlighting the information concerning the treatment of personal data for the purpose of pursuing its corporate mission, and in observation of the legal conditions addressed by article 6 of the same Regulation.

Purpose of Data processing  

Personal data are managed  by ITA within the scope of its mission and purpose, and for the reason of public interest, or to fulfill the requisites of the law or of legal norms of any kind. Within this scope, the data treatment is pertinent to subscription / registration to the portal needed to manage the relationship with the ITA itself, navigation data, and data allowing an effective corporate communication and to fulfill obligations determined by law, rules or contracts.

Use of Personal Data collected

ITA manages the data within the principles determined by the EU Regulation, and following principles of fairness, legality, transparency, for specific objectives and goals that are legitimate and connected to requisites determined by the law, to the ITA  mission and purpose , and to the administrative activities thus necessary. Only personal data that are adequate, relevant and limited to what strictly necessary for the purpose for which they are gathered and used will be treated. 

The data will be managed by specifically trained ITA’s associates, who will be authorized to treat the data, or by others authorized for occasional maintenance activities, based on principles of fairness, legality, transparency, relevance and non-excess with the regards to the scope of data gathering and treatment. 

The treatment guarantees an adequate level of security of personal data, through automated tools, including privacy and protection, through technical-organizational measures that prevent the loss of data, its utilization when illegal or incorrect, and unauthorized accesses. 

The data will not be utilized for any purpose in addition to or other than what determined in this information, without a previous notification and / or consent when applicable.

Terms of Data Conservation 

Personal data will be kept for a period of time not superior to what is needed for the pursuit of the objectives, or what determined by the law. Data may be kept for longer periods of time if they are treated exclusively for the purpose of archives for public interest, historical or scientific research, or for statistics purposes, barring the protection of rights and freedoms of the subject. 

Disclosure of personal Data to Third Parties

Online service data are not sent to third parties, nor communicated or disseminated, except when determined by the law or by legal norms of any kind.

Transfer of Data

Data are not to be transferred to countries other than European Trade Area. In the case data need to be transferred outside that area or to international organizations, ITA  will enter any agreement possible and necessary to ensure that personal data are adequately protected, in compliance of what it is outlined in this document with regards to treatment of personal data.

Rights of the data Subject

The data subject may, at any time, exercise his/her own rights, particularly the right to access personal data, to request data to be limited, rectified, or updated if incomplete or incorrect, or to be cancelled if gathered in violation of the law, and to make opposition to the data use unless the Data Collector has legitimate reasons otherwise. Furthermore, the subject maintains the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive the data provided in a format that is structured, commonly utilized and easy to read by an automatic reader.
